with the development of science technology and industrial, the more and more hard and brittle materials are needed to be ground by ultrasonic technology in recent years. Ultrasonic power supply design as a key technology of ultrasonic grinding has been paid attention. A set of ultrasonic power experimental platform is designed by analyzing ultrasonic power rectifier, inverter topology, the matching system, the frequency tracking mode and several control methods,Firstly, a dual closed-loop frequency tracking power experimental platform is proposed based on the STM32ARM Cortex-M3architecture embedded microprocessor in this paper. The platform consists of five main circuit modules, including voltage adjustable circuits, high frequency inverter unit, matching circuit, the feedback system and control system. Power controller is implemented by the STM32processor which achieves the PS-PWM full-bridge output frequency automatic tracking and frequency adjustable. Full-bridge converter is used as inverter output program by using the MOSFET. Transducer matching consists of two parts, which the high frequency transformer is used to be impedance matching and inductance is used to be resonant matching. Both of the transformaer and inductance are designed by me. Secondly, the power control and frequency tracking dual closed-loop control system design is achieved by hall sensors. The impacts of the wave instability, the electromagnetic field, the working environment temperature and severe drift problems are avoided in this platform, and the structure of ultrasonic power system is simplified.Finally, on the basis of the theoretical design, the circuit modules of the ultrasonic power have been completed. Transducer matching is correct, and the platform works in stable. Testing the experimental results verify whether it achieveing the desired targets. And based on experimental platform, some exploratory experiments like transformer air gap is completed. The experimental data and the experimental waveforms are come out,. The experiments show that the power of the ultrasonic experimental platform is stable and reliable.
