| Turbodrill is an essential tool for drilling geological in high temperature or deephole. It had got a rapid progress on oil system of research and application. However, ithas a few applications in the application of geological drilling. Russia and NorthAmerica is first in the technology of turbodrill. With turbodrill of geological researchto solve the problems in scientifical drilling, the earth’s crust exploration project, hightemperature geothermal resources exploration and other major national constructionof high temperature and high pressure facing deep drilling is of great significance. In study of turbodrill, the level of its performance largely dependson the hydraulic performance of the turbine blades, and its most critical part of theturbine blade is profile design; the types of blades have a direct impacton the hydraulic performance of the turbodrill. The influence of the blade profile on the flow parameters of liquid flow isanalyzed, and it is indicated that the turbine performance is mainly affected by theun-continuous curvature on the blade profile; therefore the profile of the pressuresurface and suction back of the blade should be single configuration with continuousthree order derivatives. It is proposed to determine the configuration of the blade byquintic polynomial. The relationship between the profile and geometric parameters ofthe blade is established, and relevant solving method is given. The requirements forchecking the blade configuration are offered. Using the SolidWorks3D modelingsoftware to design turbine blade of φ127turbo drill for geological drilling,three-dimensional model of the turbine section, using this new methodof design turbine combined with CAD can improve design quality and efficiency. Italso can be optimized and the performance of the turbine can be improved. In this paper, one single-periodic flow path of the turbine CFD model whichdesigned by One-dimension flow theory is setup accurately, and the internal flow fieldis simulationed by CFD technology, and then optimized the blades according to thevelocity field. Under different flow and different viscosity, the simulation deferentperformances of optimized turbine drill... |
