A series of mining-induced environmental problems threaten the lives andproperty of people, and seriously affect and constrain the development of economy.Therefore, it has important meaning that dividing mine geological environmentproperly,make country and district carry the case of protecting and treating geologicalenvironment into execution directively.This paper will take HuaYing as the research area, through to the HuaYing minefield survey, from geological environment problems, with geological environmentbackground, select the reasonable evaluation index system, reference at present themature regional geological environment evaluation model and method, set up asystem of the mine geological environment impact assessment system for the minegeological environment to restore the government work and the rational developmentand utilization of mineral resources planning to provide the scientific basis.The paper draws following conclusion are as follows:(1)The ecological environment of Huaying is very fragile. The leadingdevelopment industry of the city is coal and building materials are highly dependenton land resources and mineral resources,biological resources predatory mining,largearea become ecologically vulnerable areas.(2)Established HuaYing geological environment comprehensive evaluation indexsystem,using elements composite index evaluation method in quantitative analysisand evaluation. From the mining of geological environment and the influence ofdestruction,geological hazard development level,geological environmentbackground,the development and utilization of mineral resource planning and themine environment how easy it is to restore the government from the five aspectstotally selected16evaluation index,the mine geological environment impactassessment composite index.(3)Evaluation results combined with actual situation of HuaYing,and concludesthat the HuaYing mine geological environment influence division.It has four Mine geological environment influence serious area(â… ), covers an area of59.39km2;have2Mine geological environment influence more serious area(â…¡),covers an area of8.78km2;Mine geological environment influence area of159.30km2general area.(4)According to HuaYing mine geological environment influence partitionconclusion, evaluation area can be divided into priority control area,time and generalpriority control area control area, reasonable decorate prevention and controlengineering.
