Temperature sensitive hydrogel is a kind of intelligent polymer materialshas become a research hotspot, because of its sensitivity to temperaturein the biomedical, biological engineering and other fields has a goodapplication prospect. This article through molecular design using graftcopolymer of low melting point crystallization, the different molecularweight PEG grafted to the high melting point PVA polymer skeletonmaterial, obtained with a reversible phase change characteristics,different phase change temperature functional polymer material, on thebasis of preparation of temperature sensitive hydrogels, the temperaturesensitive properties and influence factors study on the method of DSC;with dry gel phase transition behaviors were studied, based on theexploration of PEG at the phase transition temperature of crystallizationand melting properties of temperature sensitive hydrogels and therelationship between behavior. At the same time using electrostaticspinning process on polyvinyl alcohol/polyethylene glycol temperaturesensitive hydrogel preparation process undertook initial exploration.The work carried out as follows:(1) Preparation of polyvinyl alcohol/polyethylene glycol hydrogel(2) PVA/PEG hydrogel temperature sensitive characteristic research(3) The preparation of hydrogel volume phase transition mechanism(4) The preliminary study of drug release and antibacterial effect(5)Preparation and performance research of polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol composite nano fiberThe results show that the graft copolymer has been prepared and temperature sensitive characteristic of the hydrogel, and got the followingconclusions:1.Graft yield by the molecular weight of PEG and PEG percent contenteffect.2.Hydrogel with good swelling properties, and are sensitive totemperature, and has a reversible.3.Dry gel temperature sensitivity of temperature and PEG molecularweight differences have a direct relationship, with different molecularweight of PEG copolymer phase transition temperature has a great effect.4.Hydrogel thermoresponsive behavior and PEG melt crystallizationbehavior. Crystallization kinetics showed that with the cooling rategradually decreased, Tp(peak temperature) to lower temperature relativeto the direction of movement, the crystallization rate of G increased andt1/2decreased half crystallization time.5.After graft copolymerization of sample from inhibitory effects thanstandard pure PVA effect is good.6.Identified the electrospinning of temperature sensitive hydrogel earlyelectrospun membrane optimum process conditions.PVA/PEG model of temperature sensitive hydrogel preparation andstudy on performance of the prepared is a new kind of temperaturesensitive hydrogels, its superiority lies in PVA at room temperature,chemical stable performance, widely used in fiber, film, in the water havesignificant swelling properties of hydrogel dressing, is a good material, sothe study of its has important significance.
