Soybean milk is a traditional Chinese food, and the use of mill in making milk was also a method for thousands of years. With the development of science and technology, and various pulping machinery appear, and develop more and more methods of pulp. In the fast pace of modern social life, commercially available household soybean milk machine show the situation everywhere, in addition to possess the soybean, but also a variety of grains,which bring convenience to people’s lives. But in the practical application of the processing also produced a variety of problems, and through the two sets of experiments between the mill and the machine, which possessed the milk independently .With the result showed that the milk made by the mill was better than the one made by machine in nutrition, and the milled milk did not undermine the structure of the protein. The paper first analyzed the scientific nature in the structure of traditional mills, for the phenomenon of the beans can not be completely broken,developed an efficient, convenient automatic soymilk mill. The structure of the machine mainly contains a grinding disc, the motor, the support, the shell and the other auxiliary structures. The mill was divided into three parts, the formation of the two“grinding chamber”engraved with the inter-occlusal patterns. The mill was driven by the motor, in the paper raised the underneath type, the side type and the portable programs according to the motor’s different position. After analyzing the characteristics and feasibility of every program, the motor placed on the top was adopted because of it was not only simple, but also can meet the need of adjusting the gap between the mills, and had the advantage of easy disassembly. In the paper selected the granite of the Taihang Mountains as the production the raw material of the disc through the research. Determine a reasonable grinding grain for the disc, through numerous tests to determine a reasonable speed for the mill as a basis for selection of the motor.Use 3D software, the Pro/E on modeling, test whether there was interference. Finite element analysis and the key components of the applied load and constraint, analysis the stress, deformation, and security aspects,verified its performance to meet the design requirements and confirmed the feasibility, thus ensured the reliability of the design.
