In our country,synthetic ammonia is the most important one of inorganic chemicalproducts, the production of synthetic ammonia is in the first place of various chemicalproducts.It has a wide range of USES, and occupies an important place in the nationaleconomy. In the production process of ammonia, the controls of H2/N2and ammoniasynthesis tower temperature control are two complex problems.In order to improve theproduct quality and efficiency, and various synthetic ammonia plant have been exploringand researching the two problems.For H2/N2control, based on the analysis of the influence of H2/N2control,this paperdetermined the major detection factor is the circulating hydrogen.For the control of the bigpure lagging problem of H2/N2, combined with the advantages of the RBF neuralnetwork,this paper design a RBF neural network adaptive control system. It use the bias ofthe controlled system with the system input to adjust the parameters of the PID controller,and by using the neural network adjust the PID three parameters.Finally through thesimulation of matlab, we can get better control effect.Also, for ammonia synthetic tower temperature control system, the rate oftemperature must strictly according to the process curve of the theory, and the systemexists disturbance which can not be measured, between bed layers the temperature hasserious coupling. This paper compared much advanced decoupling control systems athome and abroad,and it use RBF neural network decoupling control as the starting point ofthe study, also it research the RBF neural network decoupling control in the application.Finally through the matlab simulation experiment we can get ideal results.Finally, through the DCS this paper realize the two complex problems, and theSiemens PLC are chosen to form che DCS network, and choose SIMATIC WinCCconfiguration programming, monitor interfaces are draw on the PC, and also each moduleis introduced in this paper.
