Along with the rapid development of science,technology and modern industrial demand,the development direction of the machine tool product towards high-speed, high efficiency,high precision and automation, The structure of the product design has excellent dynamicperformance is an important index in product design. Finite element method and the modalanalysis theory of modern design method have already become a odern machine design,whichbecome a necessity trend in product design.This paper using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS synergy of 3 d modelingsoftware Solidworks precision grinding machine for 1.25 vertical column in finite elementstatic and modal analysis and calculation, the calculations of the data, including the columnthe stiffness, displacement form variables, natural frequency and the corresponding vibrationmodel, etc, it is concluded that the cause of the deformation of the pillar. Through the analysisof data and experience method, made three corresponding improvement of structureoptimization scheme.To the three improvement scheme in finite element analysis, through the data calculationcomparison, the optimal scheme of C stiffness and natural frequency of the highest, soselected C program to come to be further optimized. According to post the reinforcement planC three main parameters, in the application of PYTHON language of ABAQUS buld theparameterized modeling, orthogonal table the needed parameters according to arrange acombination of requirements, continuously modification parameter values, the formation ofnew finite element structure model, and concludes that the corresponding deformation,construct complete orthogonal table. According to orthogonal test, the table of the size of thepoor value, and find out the most sensitive two parameters, that is to strengthen the width andheight. Z direction of the structure deformation of the largest set as the objective function, bythe response surface method analysis, find out the coefficients of the objective function, anduse of MATLAB regression function, to find out the most reliable of the objective function,then using MATLAB programming method for the minimum value of the corresponding twosolution is to strengthen parameters width and height of the optimal data, it is a pillar of theoptimal improvement plan. The scheme not only ensure the low cost and make processingprecision improved, but also meet the practical processing required which is fiveμmor so.
