In the middle of twentieth Century since the emergence of NC technology, CNCmachine tool has brought revolutionary changes for mechanical manufacturingindustry. CNC machine tools has become a strategic manufacturing equipment, Thelevel of CNC machine tool manufacturing directly reflects the modernization level ofIndustrial Development. Measuring the main index of CNC machine tools is thereliability level." Turret" is one of the main functional components of NC machinetools, it has very big effect on the overall reliability of CNC machine tools. However,currently it begins late that the domestic development of reliability test bench forCNC lathe turret tool. Domestic reliability test bench for CNC lathe turret tool canonly complete turret function test, can not complete the loading test, So it can notprovide useful data for studying reliability of turret tool. This paper developedelectro-hydraulic servo loading system for reliability test bench of turret tool, whichcan simulate the dynamic cutting force. It can provide useful data for studyingreliability of turret.Electro hydraulic servo loading system which the paper study completesdynamic loading process of reliability test bench for turret tool. At first, according theactual working condition of CNC Lathe Turret, analysis the cutting force of turret, wecan get the technical requirements of loading system. And then, comparing withseveral dynamic loading control scheme, we can formulate electro-hydraulic servoloading system as loading system of reliability test-bed for CNC lathe turret.According to the electro-hydraulic servo loading system theory, we design and makehardware structure of electro-hydraulic servo loading system. Through the theoryanalysis and calculation of the main function of the parameters, we can select the parts.Design control principle of control software for electro-hydraulic servo loadingsystem. According to the principle, the paper write functional code of control software.And then design the interface of control software.Based on the electro-hydraulic servo loading system theory, According to thespecific conditions of Reliability Test-bed for CNC Lathe Turret, design hardwarestructure scheme and control software of electro-hydraulic servo loading system. According to the design scheme make electro-hydraulic servo loading system. Ingeneral the electro-hydraulic servo loading system is very important for reliability testbench for turret tool.
