Environmental Issues And Countermeasures In The Construction Of New Countryside

The Recommendations of the CPC Central Committee on economic and social development what is adopted by the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party pointed out that build a new socialist countryside is a major historic task in China’s modernization process. The general requirements of the development is in accordance with the ’production, affluent life, civilization, clean and tidy village and democratic management’ and it clearly points out that’clean and tidy village’is one of the main objectives of a new socialist countryside construction.Chengguan district as the political, economic and cultural center of Lanzhou City of Gansu Province actively promotes the new rural construction work, increases the construction of infrastructure investment in rural areas in recent years, and builts a number of preferential agricultural engineering, which has made gratifying achievements. In the process of development in the new rural construction process, there are many environmental problems due to historical reasons. The article analyzes the prominent environmental issue in China and Gansu province’s new rural construction and its causes firstly, and then the author analyzes the foreign agricultural areas environmental problems and its countermeasures. On this basis, the author researches and analyzes the project data in-depth study, the main environmental problems were found that exist in rural areas of Lanzhou City. The author analyzes the causes and combines with the experience of rural construction at home and abroad puts forward specific countermeasures for environmental problems in the new rural construction of the Chengguan District.
