Oxazoline and its derivatives have a wide range of application, especially the oxazoline as chiral catalysts ligand are widely used in the field of asymmetric synthesis. The more and more chemists are studying for chiral oxazoline ligands used in asymmetric synthesis fields, and many new kinds of chiral oxazoline ligands are synthesized constantly. In this paper, a series chiral oxazoline was synthesized, which including oxazoline ring and1,2,3-triazole ring for ligands, and some test was investigated.Two major parts in this paper:The first part is about literature review. The research status and development of synthetic methodology of oxazoline, its derivatives, and application of chiral oxazoline ligands was reviewed, in field of asymmetric synthesis.The second part is about experiment sections. This work is divided into three parts:1. Synthesis of N-((S)-l-hydroxy-3-phenylpropan-2-yl)-1-aryl-5-methy1-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxmide.2. Synthesis of (S)-△2-2-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-yl)-4-benzyl-oxazoline.3. Asymmetric catalytic effect of (S)-△2-2-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-y1)-4-benzyl-oxazoline as ligands was estimated in Diels-Alder reaction.
