| Lots of statistics at home and abroad showed that, the proportion of accidents caused by human error in total member was above60%every year, and the proportion of major disaster accident result from it was up to more than80%. Coal mining was a high—risk industry, and loss caused by human error was much more serious. So, in view of frequent accidents in China’s coal mining industry, in this paper, through the analysis of the reasons and the influence factor of accidents caused by human error in coal mining, we supposed a safe guard system.First of all, we elaborate the definition and the occurrence mechanism of the human error theory, put forward the characteristics of human error. Then, we make a general analysis of main influencing factors of human error from internal and external. And based on this, we proposed the concept of human error control model.Second, according to statistics of of coal mine accidents in ten years from2002to2011in our country, we tell the main characteristics of coal mine accidents in our country, analyzing in different aspects such as number, region, kinds, time, the nature of enterprise. Based on the analysis of33serious coal mine accidents in2010and2011in our country, we summarize three main types and specific influencing factors in coal mine accidents in our country.Thirdly, on the basis of theory research and statistics, we analyze the factor classify in accident tree analysis, the hierarchical relationship of among factors in ISM method, the influence degree of each factor on the result in gray correlation method. These methods make progressive layers, further verifies the validity of the analysis of the influencing factor in human error in coal mine.Finality, according to the theory about human error and human error control model, combining the result of statistical analysis of coal mine accident, we are going to construct a safe guard system from safety culture system, safety education, safety management and error correction. This is of guiding significance for the prevention and control of coal mine accidents caused by human error. |
