Heilongjiang Province, northeast China, is an important food crops and cash cropsproduction area. Each year soybean cultivated area is about3million hectares, accounting for about one-third of the whole country soybean acreage. HeilongjiangProvince is China’s first use of chemical herbicides area, the area of using chemicalherbicides has reached more than70%, and even some parts of the area has reached90%. Although the herbicide has the characteristics of efficient, broad-spectrum, lowtoxicity, but it less volatile and difficult to photolysis. The long-term continuous use cancause serious environmental pollution, and cause serious injury to the crop, and evenlead to crop dection and never producted, eventually leading to serious economic losses. Therefore, to study the prevention of pesticide contamination has great significance. In this study, we collected standard samples from long-term continuous use ofchlorimuron-ethyl soybean fields, and used traditional enrichment culture, isolated4strains of degradation of chlorimuron-ethyl bacteria named W1, W2, W3and W4. Andfurther study the cytological characteristics of the four bacteria, biochemical detectionand16s rDNA molecular identification, degradation characteristics and bioremediation. The result show that W1is an Acinetobacter sp.. W2is Acinetobacter sp.. W3isAcinetobacter sp.. And W4is Serratia sp..The best growth conditions for W1is30℃, pH7.0,10%of the bacterial quantity, growth with200mg/L chlorimuron-ethyl. The best growth conditions for W2is30℃,pH7.0,15%of the bacterial quantity, growth with300mg/L chlorimuron-ethyl.Theoptimum growth conditions of W3is30℃, pH8.0,15%of the bacterial quantity, thegrowth with200mg/L chlorimuron-ethyl. The optimum growth conditions of W4is35℃, pH7.0,5%of the bacterial quantity, growth with100mg/Lchlorimuron-ethyl.For50mg/L chlorimuron-ethyl, the degradation rate of W1is70.92%, and W2is71.83%, and W3is75.02%, and W4is72.43%. To the wheat which grow in thechlorimuron-ethyl soil have a great repair for the seeding emergence and plant height.
