The technology of preparation bronze powders by high-energy milling, and the process of surface modification of bronze powders was investigated in this paper. It was compared the physical properties of bronze powders in domestic and abroad, analysis process control agent on the performance of the bronze powders. It discussed milling time, rotational speed, product/balls weight ratio on the influencing performance of bronze powders. The surface modification of bronze powders was used by the wet process, and thesis explored the single and the composite surface modifier performed the floating, water coverage, gloss of bronze powders. The results showed that:(1).The paper investigated the technology of preparation bronze powders by way of high-energy milling. Milling time, rotational speed, product/balls weight ratio and other parameters was discussed to determine the optimal parameters of the bronze powders prepared by high-energy milling.(2).The process control agent on the performance of the bronze powders was investigated, used five process control agent orthogonal experiments and three process control agent mixed experiments to determine the composition and amount of process control agent..(3).It investigated the process of surface modification of bronze powders. The single surface modifier and the composite surface modifier of influencing performance of bronze powder were analyzed. It determine the surface modifier of composition and concentration.
