| Pipage is one of the main modes of transportation natural gas, constrained by fieldpractice and geologic conditions, a lot of pipelines have been built on soft soil. Because thissoft soil is low bearing capacity and large deformation after kinds of loads, it is easy todestruct these pipelines built on the soft soil under kinds of foundation settlement. Thepipelines transport of medium is usually inflammable, explosive or poison, it is easy to takeplace fire, explosion or poisoning accidents. In order to ensure the safe operation of pipelines,it needs safety research for pipeline. Therefore, this thesis will account for gas pipes stressanalysis and survey based on foundation settlement.Firstly, this thesis introduces some common loads and their source when pipelines areworking, and write theory calculation method and their classification of piping stress. Then, this thesis also introduces several common deformations in field practice. Astension-compress, shearing deformation, torsional deformation, bending deformation, it is forpractical application to provide the theory reference.Secondly, this thesis introduces finite element theory, ANSYS, and some basic processes. It proceeds in finite element analysis to the import pipe of the expansion of the compressorand export pipe of dry gas compressor with ANSYS. Among this thesis, it presents four kindsof foundation settlements, proceeds in finite element analysis for these four kinds. It recordsresults and analyses their stress of these pipes. Conclude stress distribution and change rule ofthese pipes based on foundation settlement. It is for sensors stationing to provide the theoryreference. Finally, select proper hardware system and soft system, present corresponding stationingproject of these sensors and some survey procedures. Record data are to contrast result ofANSYS. Pipes protection measures are given out on the design, construction andmanufacturing according to the object of study and characteristics of pipes engineering.Research methods and results of this thesis can provide the theory reference for studyingpipes stress analysis based on foundation settlement. |
