With the widely applicable of polymer flooding, the difficulty of swage treatmentincreased gradually, existing treatment technology cannot satisfy Daqing Oilfiled’s need forinjection water quality, consequently, Xing13-1Gathering Station in Daqing Oilfiled decidedto choose the biological treatment technology with the pefect treatment effects, and the stablequality of outlet water, and the low running fee, and convenience of management andmanipulation, and too little recontamination. Xing13-1Gathering Station’s new treatmentmethod is keep biological treatment technology in a dominant position, with traditionaltreatment technology.This article take a field test approach, breed and scan the obligate microbe to adaptstrengthen treatment of polymer-bearing wastewater in Xing13-1Gathering Station in DaqingOilfiled, and domesticatio, meanwhile, use the primary filtering system in Xing13-1Gathering Station, take the treatment technology whose forepart choose the efficient obligatemicrobe to degradate oil and organic contaminant in sewage, at the same time, the rearsection use the primary treatment technology whose name are obligate microbe strengthentreatment and sedimentation and filtration to ensure effluent quality, in order to improvementand optimization the treatment technology of polymer-bearing wastewater, and to fix therational technical parameters, to ensure that the water quality of reinjection is kept within theFifth Oil Production Plant in Daqing Oilfiled polymer-bearing wastewater injection standards.The1500m3/d device for treating microbion which was constructed by Xing13-1Gathering Station, could make oil and suspended solids concentration in polymer-bearingwastewater rate are all in100%compliance with the standards, the whole set technology hasmade better result for polymer-bearing wastewate, and achieved remarkable economic andsocial benefit, and provide a new technical approach to solve the problem which the reinjectedsewage over the standard, and it has certain directive effect for simplify the sewage treatmenttechnology. The experiment’s research results have a bright future for application inpolymer-bearing wastewate processing plant of the whole oilfield, and the results are going toexpect toextend and applicate.
