Polymer lfooding could drastically enhance oil recovery, it becomes the main oilproduction technology of tertiary recovery. At the same time, as the polymerinjection changed the liquid ingredients of output that, the oil well tubing and pumpworking environment changed, caused the pump overhaul peirod is short, the pumpoverhaul rate is high, and then makes pumping system low eiffciency,high accidentrates. To solve the problem, this paper arounds anti-eccentrically worn, sand controland prevent break off,carries out new technology to improve and perfect the newtechnology ifeld test.Firstly by indoor simulation experiment device of polymer lfooding well suckerrod radial force, carrying out the polymer solution to sucker rod by radial force indoortest results of study.Then through the oil well pump resistance indoor simulation experiment device,analyzing different piston structure by resistance with the change rule of concentrationsee together.Analysis the application effect of various measures, the paper proposes theextended polymer flooding Wells examining the pump cycle, reduce the rate ofexamining the pumps "three tubing+high strength stem+low friction pump (big portpump)+lifter" combination of downholc tool, the measures of single well in speciifcsituations, the reasonable optimization litfer spacing, and to select which can preventthe channeling and wear-resisting cast litfer and big port, low girnding resistance oftype pump and other measures to prevent stem tube for future partial ground, controlpolymer flooding pump overhaul rate, extended pump overhaul peirod providedvaluable expeirence, have widely application prospect.
