The east of xing1-3area is located in the northeast of xingshugang structure. Atpresent,the reservoir has entered the high water cut period, at each set of the well nets, thewater flooding effect of secondary infilled well pattern is poorer.The main problems of blockdevelopment at present is not perfect in water flooding regime. Therefore,we should researchthe method of water flooding regime in thin and poor、adjust water flooding regime、takecorresponding measures to strengthen the water flooding regime、optimize the measuresscheme and form comprehensive evaluation technology of thin and poor reservoir and usingconditions and technical policies boundaries、improve the thin and poor reservoir situation、improve development effect with the comprehensive top potential technology.These willprovide technical support for effective development of low permeable oilfield with high watercut and improve the producing extent of the low permeability periphery reservoir.Thesehave the long-term economic efficiency、the social efficiency and the vital significance.Froming the actual conditions of the block and field data, we calculated geologic reserveof each well network with water drive curve and the relative permeability curve connections,predicted recoverable reserves with water drive curve method and TongXianZhang engravingmethod, established the reasonable technical boundaries of the thin and poor layers with waterflooding development effect assessed. Based on the reservoir numerical simulation,we alsoestablished the numerical simulation model of the east of xing1-3area, analyzed theremaining oil distribution. In the study, based on the block of the injection-production systemadjustment,we forecasted production of each plan and evaluated economic mainly withperfect injection-production system and the development of thin and poor layer as the goal.Research shows that the producing extent and recovery efficiency of thin and poorreservoir is low, development effect is bad, we prepared four development program in thereasonable technical boundaries of the thin and poor layers and simulation for basis.Compared with the net present value, the development program (plan3) is the best effectwhich adjust to the reasonable technical boundaries in perfect injection-production system.
