| Lignin, which is an important component part of the body of plant, is a widespread resources in the nature, is also the environmental pollutants in the paper industry. Now the problem of the increasingly scarce energy and resources is more serious, and environmental pollution today is more worse, so study the lignin degradation for the researching and producing of bio-ethanol process, controlling environmental pollution and other fields, is extremely important and necessarily.Firstly, the basic conditions of lignin degradation was be researched, and select the degradation reactions at the0.4%concentration of NaOH.Secondly, the basic kinetic parameters of the degradation-concentration and temperature were studied. After analysis:The lignin degradation reaction by ozone is a first order reaction, the reaction rate is accelerated with the increase of lignin concentration and reaction temperature. The activation energy of the degradation was between60-65KJ/mol.Thirdly, the catalytic effect of the degradation reaction by three kinds of catalysts: activated carbon, titanium dioxide, ferric chloride were researched and analysised, and through the optimized by orthogonal experimental to combinate the catalyst, it is show that when the amount of the carbon dosage0.4g,the titanium dioxide dosage0.4g, ferric chloride dosage0.4g is the best optimal catalyst combination.Fourthly, through the verification experiment, verify that the orthogonal experiment results, at the same time, the analysis of changes the amount of lignin in crop straw, cellulose, hemicellulose through the degradation reaction, the ozone have a strong specificity for the lignin degradation was proved.Fifthly, through the determination of lignin through degradation reaction use ultraviolet, infrared absorption spectroscopy, the degradation reaction mechanism of lignin by ozone has been investigated. The results of this thesis have showed that new ideas were development and the new ways were be discovered for the lignin degradation, it has certain reference significance. |
