The Location Study On Strategic Loading Station Of Heavy-load Transportation In Large-scale Mining Area

Railway plays a very important role in the transportation of commodities, especially the key materials. In order to improve the competitiveness, and relieve the tension situation of the railway, then strategy loading station seems particularly important.Because of advantages of the strategy loading station in organizing heavy-haul transportation and the demand of resources in the eastern part and coastal area of our country, therefore it can realize the rapid expansion of the transportation capacity, as well as adapting to the requirements of the great-leap-forward development in railway.Along with the further development of the large mining area in our country, it looks especially significant in the transportation of mining area, and the target sources of the loading point strategy are coal (coke), ore, petroleum, steel, food, building materials and other bulk materials, as well as the container in line with the development direction of modern logistics. After the completion of the strategy loading station, large commodities loaded main in strategy loading station, by organizing directly and heavy haul transportation to improve the efficiency of rail transport.The main research about the paper is the problem about the location of the strategy loading station in large mining area. The large mining areas are most located in the central and western regions, although these mining areas have great potential, they are limited by all kinds of factors in transportation, if the strategy loading station cannot built, and cannot form large-scale and heavy-haul transportation, it can bring a large difficult to our industrial development and produce a direct effect on the development speed of our country’s economic when the transportation of the resources is in the current conditions.In this paper the basic situations of the strategy loading station in domestic and foreign railway are analyzed firstly, according to the construction of the strategy loading station in our country, it analyzes the basic characteristics, current situation and the existing main problem about the strategy loading station, at the same time analyzes the ideas on the location of the strategy loading station, the basic principle and several methods about location; Secondly, according to the location method of the strategy loading station, the various types of algorithm are introduced simply, and compares the advantages and disadvantages between them, so as to make ready for the follow-up works; once more, from the cost factors that can influence the location of the strategy loading station, it analyzes the cost about the construction of the strategy loading station, and on the basis of the minimum cost, established the model of bi-level programming in coal base, and according to the proposed algorithm to solve the model; finally, around large-scale coal load out channel, the traffic organizations of the strategy loading station are analyzed, and established the model of traffic organization on the basis of the minimum cost and maximum flow, and the simplified the model.
