Along with the gas field development construction continually expanding and producing time increasing, The number of water-producing gas well increase gradually, it seriously threaten the stability of the gas well production, make the gas production fell sharply, when water-producing is serious gas well production should be flooding, greatly reduce gas field and gas well recovery.therefore, it is urgent to carry out the analysis of water-producing and development countermeasures study effectively, so as to improve the gas field ultimate recovery.For water-producing gas well, control the water steady the gas production, prevent and control liquid loading is the important task of water-producing gas well development. Attacks on gas wells exists the problem of water producing in Sebei gas field. I carry out the research of Sebei loose sandstone gas reservoir water-producing and water controlling countermeasures. Based on the gas well water production characteristics and the latest developments, this paper engages three aspects include the gas well water output rule, the critical flow rate calculations and the countermeasures of gas well.Analysis production data of Sebei gas field from2005to2011, the results indicate that at present Sebei gas field average single well daily rate shows a downward trend, the proportion of the gas stringer is rising year by year, the proportion of high gas rate well which gas production rate more than5×104m3is decreasing, and shut down wells increase year by year. As the production water situation of Sebei gas field, most of the gas well product water below1m3, but the proportion is reduced year by year, but5m3high yield production water Wells and shut down wells which the proportion are increasing year after year. Mining situation exposes serious problem.On that basis of water source classification analysis and water production characteristics of different water source, combined with Sebei gas field accumulative water yield distribution and the contrast of typical Wells production target during the2001~2011, summarizes Sebei loose sandstone gas reservoir Gas well water-producing rule generally includes the following kinds:low-yielding stable-water, low water-slow growth, the middle-water rapid growth, high-yielding water-rapid growth. The study of critical flow rate calculation model have some key works as following, firstly,drawing gas well production dynamic curves, and thus preliminary judge for liquid loading well, and then calculate these wells’bottom-hole flowing pressure without loading, and contrasts with actual flow pressure, judge the liquid loading well once again, results indicated that there were29loading well. Secondly, using the date of these loading well to comparatively analyze four critical liquid rate calculation include Turner, Li Min, the lowest kinetic energy model and Coleman, and selected Li Min model with oval droplet as the research object. Through lab test, it confirms that the relation formula of drag force coefficient with Reynolds number, and then obtain critical flow rate calculations new model ultimately. Thirdly, I compared theoretical critical flow rate with actual values of29loading wells. The results show that the relative error of21Wells is less than5%,6Wells relative error between5%~10%,2Wells relative error is more than10%, and the average relative error of4.53%. The analysis results show that the new critical flow rate calculation model’s error can be neglected for engineering applications, so it can be used to diagnose gas field liquid loading. Lastly, through the liquid loading diagnosis, Sebei gas field total have26liquid loading wells.Gas well water output rule let us to realize the present situation of gas well further, and made water-producing state to the classification, through the water output rule can judge main water source, provide theory basis to the determination of reasonable working system in Sebei gas field later. Choose critical flow rate calculation model suitable for all the gas wells, it has the very vital significance on gas well optimized production, prevent gas well liquid loading, accurate judge the wellbore began to fluid loading point and hold water-producing wells drainage time. Water countermeasures study overcome the blindness of gas well drainage gas recovery technology, it has important meaning for the later of Sebei gas field.
