With the rapid development of our country, the water resource plays a more and more important role in the human survival and development. So the wastewater treatment have gradually attracted people’s attention. Because of its wide source, large quantity, heavily harmful and hard biodegradable, the organic wastewater containing high concentration of Cl-is difficult to treat. Electrochemical is one kind of "green method" for wastewater treatment. Because of its strong ability of treatment, non-pollution, mild reaction condition, electrochemical for high concentration organic wastewater treatment is attracting more and more attention. Dimensional Stable Anode has its advantage in wastewater treatment, for example its dimension is stable, it has high catalytic capability, it is with high mechanical properties, low price and so on. Ti/IrO2-RuO2is concerned more because of its higher catalytic capability.This paper uses Ti/IrO2-RuO2as anode, studies about wastewater containing high concentration Cl-treatment by electrochemical. Methylene blue is as the simulation, study the influence of different factors in electrochemical treatment. Make sure the influence of each factor, find the way of the reaction and give a best process condition of the electrochemical treatment. Use the best process condition to treat the typical wastewater containing high concentration Cl--the wastewater from sodium saccharin factory. The results show that the effect of treatment is obvious. There are some problems in engineering application for electrochemical:short electrode distance maybe causes short circuit, meanwhile long electrode distance with low current efficiency. So this paper introduces three-dimensional electrode and do some improvement of traditional reactor. Improve the maneuverability, stability, high efficiency of the reactor. The results show that Ti/IrO2-RuO2can easily translate Cl-to Cl2or ClO-which can oxidative degradation organic rapid, coordination the air flotation it is easily to remove the organic pollution. When using Ti/IrO2-RuO2to treat wastewater from sodium saccharin factory, the chroma and smell of wastewater are removed completely, COD is reduced obviously. Three-dimensional electrode based on Ti/IrO2-RuO2is more effective in treatment of methylene blue than two-dimensional electrode. When the electrode distance is18cm, chroma of1.5L methylene with the concentration of25mg/L can be removed completely within2hours. Ten times efficiency higher than two-dimensional electrode in the same electrode distance.
