Objective: To further study Biochemical toxicology effects of phenol on RedCrucian Carp.We started the Toxicity Test base on the Toxicity Test of phenol on theexperimental carassius auratus of red variety,we detected the Blood BiochemicalParameters,SOD and GSH-PX activities in liver, expression of HSP70in the mainorgan of the experimental carassius auratus red variety of C1HD after exposed tophenol. To discuss if the experimental carassius auratus of red variety could be usedfor Research on Ecotoxicology.Methods:1.Find out the LC50of phenol on Carassius auratus red variety in96h.2.Forty Carassius auratus red variety were randomly and averagely divided into5groups.The groups were randomly expousured in different concentrations of phenolwith2.16mg/L,4.31mg/L,8.60mg/L,17.24mg/L and0mg/L for96hours. Wedetected the Blood Biochemical Parameters,SOD and GSH-PX activities in liver, expression of HSP70in the main organ of the experimental carassius auratus redvariety of C1HD in24h,48h,72h,96h.Results:1. The LC50of phenol on Carassius auratus red variety in96h is34.48mg/L.2.Detected the same index of Carassius auratus red variety after expousured indifferent concentrations of phenol, We found that the determining serum enzymes,SOD and GSH-PX activities in liver, expression of HSP70in the main organs ofshowed a clear dose-effect relationship and time-effect relationship.Conclusions:1.The phenol are highly toxic substances to Carassius auratus redvariety inbred strain C1HD.2. The determining serum enzymes, SOD and GSH-PX activities in liver and expression of HSP70can be used for biomarker of the pollutionof phenol in aquatic environment. Carassius auratus red variety inbred strain C1HDcan be used for ecotoxicology. The experimental carassius auratus of red variety canbe use for Research on Ecotoxicology.
