In recent years, with the scale of livestock and poultry farms emerge in a large amount, the pollution of the environment pollution was caused by livestock and poultry droppings any emissions that has become a prominent problems, not only damage the ecological environment and human health, can also affect the sustainable development of livestock and poultry industry. At present, aerobic fermentation is the main processing method of making poultry and animal feces resource and harmless, aerobic fermentation can not only solve environmental problems, also can be made into bioorganic fertilizer, thus to bring environmental benefits, social benefits and the huge economic benefits.The focus of this study is that adding the homemade composite microbial agents and functional composite microbes to the cow dung, through the first fermentation and the second fermentation, research the process parameters of the fermentation and sewage treatment. The results were as follows:1. In the first fermentation, the optimum process parameters is:inoculation amount of the effective microorganism is1%, initial moisture content of cow dung should be controlled in between50%and60%, The initial C/N is27:1, Mixing frequency is one time every two days.2. In the treatment of the cow dung sewage, the optimum adding amount of Activated carbon is8g/L; the volume ratio of the effective microorganism is1%; the optimum pH is neutral and slightly acidic; the time is8days; aeration effect is better than the closed environment.3. When the first fermentation work to the tenth day, start the second fermentation, at this time add functional composite microbial agents, the optimum adding amount is1.5%, mixing proportion is1:1:1. Fermentation end in the seventh or the eighth day, the content of N、P、K increase, increased16mg/kg、21mg/kg and25mg/kg, respectively.The experimental results show that, use effective microbial agents fermentation cow dung need more short time than ordinary method directly fermentation cow dung, and better effect, it is a kind of effective method. The operation is simple, rapid, efficient and tasteless, there is a very big development potential, can be used for large-scale industrial production.
