Detect themechanical properties of the nodal,Using SEM and EDS to observe the fracture surface andelement distribution. Describes the combination of diamond and matrix between the state andthe relationship between the mechanical properties of the sample.The results show that the greater the weight gain,the thicker the coating is,then thecoating surface is more smooth and dense.The added nano-particles can play the role of grainrefinement. Maximum value of bending strength up to105.58Mpa.when the coating is14.5μm.The best thickness of coating is14.5μm.The thicker thecoating get,the greater the proportion of nanoparticles is. When the temperature is790℃andthe sintering pressure is20Mpa,the nodals have maximum hardness and bending strength.Nodal stress-strain relationship is the typical ceramicstress-strain curves.Using EDS analyses Ni-nano SiC composite coating of diamond on the fracture surfaceand diamond pits left off,We Found a large number of bond elements Cu,Fe,Ni and so on inthe diamond surface.And we also found diamond coating element Si in the pits.That showsthat sintering is full.The addition of nanoparticles can improve the interface of the compositematerials. |
