The advanced equipments mentioned above have been improved the work environment and enhance work efficiency, and at the same time, many new problems appeared, which made us to study on the clay wet sand.So we choose to study on wet sand technology of high pressure moulding line as the topic. The subject, based on Weichai advanced sand treatment system, research from the actual production, reduce the cost of sand process by changing the technological parameter with new technology and control points, aims to improve the quality of casting products.The subjects were studied:1.
