| Resources are the primary problems facing human being in the21st century, resource consumption like oil, coal, natural gas, coal and non-solid resources, with the development and progress of society, is climbing year after year with high-speed. The retained resource is coming be less and less. At present, with the gradual depletion of shollow resources, major mines progressively switch to mid-depth and deep mining. But many problems are persented for the mid-depth and deep mine like "three high and disturbances". Basing on projects on the "resource security technology research of mining in Xinqiao pyrite ", it has a profound research on safety mining of deep resource with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods.(1) For level of Xinqiao mine, the subsidence trend of the roadway along the direction of ore, which seriously threats the efficient mining of the level and the other levels below-230m, has formed the major mining security hidden problems. According to the statistics and analysis of distribution situation and top backfilling effect of mined-out area on the-230m level and-270m level, it presents the application of top backfilling on the level-270m, which can reduce the subsidence of the level-230m and-270m efficiently, protecting the resources security of deep mining. And it provides valuable experiences to similar mines.(2)Using theory analysis method, for-270m level, added top backfilling engineering of Xinqiao mine, seven species programme, analysed by the model built by finite element analysis software (ANSYS), are presented. And the eventual optimization programme is formed. For situation of varies progress of field mining on level-270m, it presents different backfilling technology programme and design programme for each of the end-filling mine-out area and the stope that is stilling working.(3)For the field situation of Xinqiao mine, it presents complementary top backfilling technology, full recovery of mineral resources of level-270m with no residual pillars and full protection and use of resources, providing an example to the deep mining in other mines, contributing to the sustainable development of the State a lot.(4)Based on the local specific monitoring, statistics,dynamic stress and settlement change of the level-270m roof, after the implemention of top backfilling, are monitored dynamically. The effect of the top backfilling tecenology will be checked by the date statistics and process improvements of the local area are provided. The top backfilling tecenology and the local specific monitoring not only save the cost of mining, but also improve the economic efficiency and safety.(5)The rate of top backfilling of the level-270m in Xinqiao mine is around60%and it is found that the settlement of roof and roadway of the level-230m and-270m can be effectively control after a year’s local pressure monitoring, against the pursuit100%top backfilling traditional concept, proving it that top backfilling, above rate50%, can control ground pressure effectively, which is greatly beneficial to reduce top backfilling engineering and the economy improvement. |
