With the improvement of the sliding electrical contact with the life of the traditional silver(copper)-molybdenum disulfide, silver (copper) the strength and wear resistance of the graphite can no longer meet their requirements, the sliding material of carbon fiber reinforced metal matrix appear, in a timely manner to solve the above problems. In this paper, tightly coupled atomization of Ag-Cu alloy powder, chopped carbon fiber, homemade graphitized carbon fibers, prepared through the protection of the atmosphere pressing process containing different lubricating composition of the silver-based solid lubrication composite brush materials, different lubrication phase composition on the friction and wear properties, and explore the impact of graphitic carbon fiber of silver-based self-lubricating composite material physical properties, mechanical friction and wear properties in friction and wear properties, and studied the changes in test conditions on friction and wear performance of the role of law. Thesis completed research work and the results obtained are as follows:(1) Studies show that the friction and wear properties of lubricating phase species on the silver-based solid lubrication composites have a significant impact on the experimental use of carbon fiber and MoS2complex phase slip can significantly improve the silver-based solid lubricating materials, the wear resistance of materials, including added graphite carbon fiber and M0S2lubrication composite, composite materials, the lowest wear rate reached4.52×10-14m3/N·m;(2) The effect of the performance of the composite content with graphite carbon fiber were discussed, the result found that with increasing content of carbon fiber composites wear the first to significantly reduce the carbon fiber content of more than12%stabilized, but the flexural strength, hardness with the increase of the carbon fiber will be reduced;(3) The performance Electric friction and wear properties of the composites were discussed, the result found that after add with graphite carbon fiber, stable sliding distance of the material significantly increase from11km to16km, but the carbon fiber added undermine the stability of the composite contact voltage drop, so that composite contact voltage drop in volatility is significantly increased, resulting in the composite increased exposure to electrical noise. |
