The Detection Device For Large Diameter Roll’s Quality And The Design Of System

The roll diameter detection process procedure in Changzhou roll factory is regardedas the research project in this subject, based on process quality control theory, supportedby computer technology and advanced automatic detection technology, the roll diameterdetection process quality control system is designed, meanwhile the roll diameterautomatic detection, data collection, analysis, process as well as statistical process controlof the process is realized.To design from both aspects in terms of the software and hardware according to rolldetection process, for the part of software, Adopting the theory of statistical processcontrol, x Rcontrol chart and the materials, the software also employs JSP procedurecode to sentence statistical process control related theory, x Rcontrol chart and stabilityor difference criterion into the designed system. Then to choose appropriate designenvironment, so as to realize data automatic acquisition of process quality control system,on-line detection, monitoring and automatic alarm function whenever related processappears abnormal. For the part of hardware, the roll automatic detection device isresearched and designed.In order to verify the reliability of detection system, Minitab software and theresearch data in the enterprise are applied to analyze the measurement system detectingsystem consisted, and to study it in terms of the aspects such as bias, stability, linearity,repeatability and reproducibility, thus that measurement system meets measurementstandard can be determined, through on-line analysis to determine the accuracy of themonitoring system. The result shows that the designed automatic detection system hasgood accuracy and reliability.The designed system of this subject realizes the automation of process quality control,and heralds in the statistical process quality control method which will promote enterpriseto raise the level of quality control to some extent.
