Porphyrin assembly is the process that connecting each supramolecular unit through intermolecular weak interaction to construct advanced structures. In this process, because of different types of the weak interaction, they can respectively applies to different receptor molecules, so as to form assemblies with different types and structures. That is to say, there are some methods which can make free base porphyrins or metalloporphyrin to show their different functions. They are:1) to modify the porphyrin rings on different sbustituents;2) to put on different coordinate metals;3) to change the ability to supply electron of the four nitrogen atoms;4) to change different axial ligands.This article is designed and synthesized eight kinds of target product, the study showed that:We adopt the phase transfer method of sample preparation, Por-2and Por-5in the water with J-type aggregation, through the synergy of the π-π interaction and hydrogen bonding makes the aggregate morphology for the hollow spherical structure, the diameter of300nm and450nm, respectively; Por-3in the water with J-type aggregation, the π-π interaction, hydrogen bonding and metal ond Cu-O, its aggregate morphology is the rod; Por-4and Por-6in water for H-type aggregation through π-π interaction and hydrophobic effect, its aggregate morphology is the rod. Through simple modification of the porphyrin compounds, the morphology of the assembly interconversion.
