In this paper,we carefully analyze the process of SNCRtechnology,according to its operational characteristics,the whole system can bedivided into three parts:the solution configuration system,the solution diluted systemand the injection system.Using the operating data of a300MW boiler,the size of eachelement,the parameters of the piplines and rotating equipment,the design value of theinjections are selected.In a careful study of the relationship between variables,thisthree subsystems object model are established using the simulation platform.Then weanalyze the key control parameters of each subsystem and present the control schemeof the whole system.As the PLC program can be communicated with VSC by OPCtechnique, we finally test the control model by modifying the VSC variables on-line.
