Because of the geographical distribution of extensive oil fields, oil sludge from the complexity of composition, resulting in sludge treatment technology is difficult, costly. But if they do not deal with oil sludge, not only cause loss of crude oil, which will pollute the environment of harmful ingredients, so that field development costs. In recent years, the gradual improvement of environmental regulations and the requirements of technological progress, oil sludge pollution control technology is increasingly a cause for concern and attention.This large pot of oil to extend the study of oil sludge by thermal chemical washing of oily sludge in the recovery of oil resources; the same time, recycling of waste oil with high pour point implementation of experimental research in order to facilitate transport; Then, washing the treated sludge heat quenching experiments,in order to achieve reduction purposes.The results showed that:a large volume oil tank sludge, is38.15%, when the temperature is80℃, solid-liquid ratio is1:6,the time is4hours, OP-10and the concentration of SDS ratio of1:1mixture consisting of hot washing liquid, degreasing effect reached81.0%. Determined based on the parameters of the experiment, designed a small test continuous processing device; recycling waste oil solidifying point48℃, is a high condensate crude oil; water content was14.1%; oil sample viscosity is1438.6mPa· s. Select EVA for the right point depressant, when the temperature is75℃, the reaction time was15min, dosage of400mg/L, and then combined the use of ultrasound technology and the output power of15W, the oil sample freezing point can reduce the4℃. Technical treatment using thermal conditioning the mud washed to determine the pH should be controlled to7.0~8.0, the temperature is40℃~50℃, stirred for30minutes, and complex inorganic flocculant PAC dosage of200mg/L and the molecular weight of1200million cationic organic flocculant PAM and the dosage is2.0mg/L, the sludge cake can control the moisture content of71%, the treatment effect is better.
