The photo-catalytic oxidation of dyes in industrial wastewater for processing haveprospects for the development of new technologies. It has the following advantages, goodselectivity, in normal temperature and pressure reaction, mild reaction conditions, can bedesigned to control, good synergy, photolysis and high efficiency,And organic matterdegradation can degraded to non-toxic inorganic. It ave a good prospect and have become theresearch focus of the current water treatment. In this study,to use four polyaniline doped nickel substituted heteropoly acid(slLt) wereprepared by solid-phase and liquid-phase method. The materials were characterized by IR、UV,XRD、SEM、TG-DTA and its photocatalytic activity was studied. The effect of catalyst usage, the initial concentration of solution, such as light conditions chang on time, Basic Fuchsin,Methyl orange, crystal violet,decol-orization rate impact. The results showed that themaximum of discolored rate in11mg/L.Basic Fuchsin solution, when the value of pH was2,the quallity of catalyst was2mg and the time of photocatalytic degradation was3h. Theresults showed that the maximum of discoLored rate in11mg/L Methyl orange soLution, whenthe value of pH was3, the quality of catalyst was3mg and the time of photocatalyticdegradation was7h. The results showed that the maximum of discolored rate in9mg/L crystalviole solution, when the value of pH was7, the quality of cataLyst was2mg and the time ofphotocatalytic degradation was4.5h. It had expansive developmental foreground that studyingon photocatalytic degradation wastewater of organic590nm.
