Nowadays, in China, there have lots of problems during the data management and analysis in reservoir development. Because of lack of efficient integrated database model standard and Application System on reservoir evaluation, specialized persons take much time in organizing and conversion the data. And, between man and man, department and department, there still have some problems that are information sharing deficiency and data unreliability. In all of these, they can restrict some works which is about reservoir development evaluation and forecast.In view of these issues, we suggest a new technical infrastructure of reservoir engineering analysis system in this paper, which is aim at realizing the integrated reservoir management, integrated data management, integrated web application. It includes eight subsystems that are application of basic reservoir information, application of production logging information, application of logging information, application of well testing information, application of reservoir geologic map, analysis of reservoir dynamic information, entering of test data, management of daily report. The substance of system covers each area of reservoir management.It especially focus on reservoir dynamic analysis system in this paper. It divides into four modules, which are chart analysis of dynamic data, dynamic data analysis, interwell connectivity analysis by dynamic data, energy analysis. It optimally designs some charts, and add some dynamic data analysis methods in the system. In estimate of interwell connectivity, this paper uses MLR, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gray relation analysis.
