Ecological Security Of Xiamen City In The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

To fit in with the trend of times, the Communist Party Congress report for the first time clearly an important strategic move to build an ecological civilization. Meanwhile, the construction of ecological civilization, scientific and rational handling of the relationship between man and nature, which makes the study of the ecological civilization to become closely linked to the requirements of the times and cutting-edge science topics. Ecological security is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization, and the ecological safety of human survival and development of the most basic security needs, it is the proposition of an era, and priorities for the construction of ecological civilization. Draw on related research on the basis of, under the guidance of the ecological theory and analysis of the concept, meaning and characteristics of ecological security and ecological civilization and ecological security of the system discussed.In this paper, based on systematic analysis of the problems of Xiamen ecological safety, the use of pressure-state-response (PSR) framework model, try to establish the applicable urban ecological security assessment index system, and urban ecological security level is divided into five evaluation level; use of three comprehensive evaluation method, respectively (fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, principal component analysis and matter Element extension comprehensive Evaluation)2007-2010Xiamen level of ecological safety evaluation; analysis of the trends of the level of ecological safety in Xiamen.
