This research takes the sugar refinery mill culls sugar cane treacle as a raw material, through the beneficial microorganism combined action, fermentation production feed Vitamin B12, feed Vitamin B2, microecological agent. The study is focus on the dealing method of the molasses, fermentation contition of Propionibacterium shermanii and Bacillus subtilis, preparation technology of the functional feed additive solid powder and the fermentation dynamic models.1. Comparing the effect of boiling method,phosphoric acid method and phosphoric acid-flocculant to the molasses, the results show that the best method is phosphoric acid-flocculant method. Through single tests and response surface, obtaining the best condition are that amount of H3PO4is30mg/100mL, PAM is6mg/kg, temperature is91℃.2. The effecting of fermentation time, molasses concentration, including temperature and so on to the Propionibacterium shermanii and Bacillus subtilis fermentating vitamin B12and vitamin B2were researched. 3. The best condition of symbiosis fermentation directed by the effecting of molasses concentration, temperature, vaccination quantity and so on to the Propionibacterium shermanii and Bacillus subtilis fermentating Vitamin B12and Vitamin B2were researched is that fermentation time is72h, molasses concentration is20%(v/v), temperature is30℃, vaccination quantity is20%(v/v,the inoculum of single strain is1:1), installs liquid volume is100mL/300mL flask, initial pH value is7.0. Through the response surface and verification tests obtaining the optimizing medium are that molasses concentration is20%(v/v), installs liquid volume is100mL/300mL flask, vaccination quantity is18%(v/v), temperature is30℃, fermentation time is72h, initial pH value is7.0. The production of Vitamin B12and Vitamin B2in this suitiation were262.54mg/L and10.14g/L, production are higher than single bacterium cultivation of maximum yield increased by13.16%and12.42%respectively, live bacteria production of probiotics is11.5×109cfu/mL.4. After studying the organic inorganic different carrier to carry on adsorption processing to the fermentation unclear wine, and researching the preparation technology of the functional feed additive solid powder and heat resistance, we get the the result that obtaining the best adsorption carrier is bagasse; the best preparation craft to the solid powder is80℃carrying on the vacuum drying processing, in which the amount of vitamin B12and vitamin B2, living bacterium number of the solid powders is still in high level. The solid powders are dealed with100℃about60min. As the results show that the amount of vitamin B12and vitamin B2, living bacterium number declined slightly with the increase of dealing time. The living bacterium number is1.5×108cfu/g after the solid powders are dealed with100℃about60min, showing that the solid powders has some of the heat resistance.5. The kinetic models were obtained of the cell growth modes, the VB12and VB2biosynthesis model and the cane molasses consumption model by studing the fermentation kinetics of VB12and VB2were studied under the optimum condition.
