| Blating fume is one of the main pollution sources underground, which will interference the next work on schedule. In order to give workers a safe work place and control blating fume polluting, mastering the rule of motion of blasting dust inside the long stope is really essential.According to several factors of affecting ventilation in the stope, flow field and concentration field are studied through numerical tests for stope with one inlet and outlet of air flow and two inlets and one outlet of air flow.The numerical tests indicate that uneven distribution of wind speed cross section of the stope, in the high wind speed of stope axis, blasting fume moveing fast; wind speed is low, blasting fume moving slowly nearby wall. The higher plane is in the stope,the more difficultly blasting fume move.When inlet and outlet are in the two side of stope, in order to examine some factors on the velocity field of the ventilation in the stope and the concentration field of carbon monoxide after blasting, by changing the arrangement form of inlet and outlet, ventilation time, ventilation velocity, incipient concentration of carbon monoxide, the width of the stope, the length of the stope and other factors. Thus,the concentration of carbon monoxide follows the law of negative exponent with ventilation time; when ventilation time is20minutes, the concentration of carbon monoxide follows the law of negative exponent with ventilation velocity, linearity with incipient concentration of carbon monoxide. The concentration of carbon monoxide and the width of the stope have no direct impact. However, with the length of the growth of the roadway, excluding carbon monoxide is more difficult, the longer the time required.When inlets are in two side of stope and outlet is in the middle of it, ventilation for20minutes, the carbon monoxide concentration of the every high plane has been lower than16ppm, the early achievement of the safety standards.Finally, compared with the numerical test methods and the central south university research work of physical model test results of romantic structure in long stope, obtained in good agreement. |
