Organic and inorganic flocculants have been used widely because of their economical and effective flocculating characters. However, their disadvantages caused people’s attention for people’s higher demands of health and environrnent in recent years.Often eating the materials treated by Al-flocculants may lead old people to stupid.The monomer of aerylamid cann’t be degraded easily and it’s both neurotoxie and a strong in careinogen human body.The making proeess of traditional flocculants often produces new pollution.Thus, safe biodegradable flocculants that are able to minimize environmental and health risks are urgently needed. Microbialflocculants which Agglomerate suspended solids,cell debris,colloid partieles are the secondary metabolite excreted by microorganisms during growing periods.With the characteristics of biodegradation,nontoxieity,higheffieiency and non-secondary pollution, the research and exploration of microbialfloeeulants has been a hot topic in recent years.10bacteria were collected from sample of activated sludge respectively from production base named luohan of luzhoulaojiao group.A bioflocculant-producing strain named M48was screened through visual inspecting and comprision of flocculating activity. The distribution of flocculating activity has been studied in the research. The results showed that supernatant and fermentation liquid had good flocculating activity.On the contrary,bacterria suspension had rarely flocculating activity. It showed that MBF existed in metabolites.M48can be identificated one kind of mould by its style and pysical-chemical characteristics. In order to find the optimal cultivating condition of M48, the influence of flocculating activity was studied by different carbon source,nitrogen source,tempreture an initial pH.The optimal cultivating condition was listed here: the best carbon source glu, the best nitrogen source urea,cultivating tempreture31℃,initial pH8.The result of uniform design showed that flocculating activity could reach74.8%when the concentration of glucose and urea were30.0g/L and2.14g/L and initial pH was9.1. Three parameters serve as design variable, the top flocculating activity regard as goal function, and set up mathematical model in the paper.We used liquer wastewater as treatment object. It was studied that initial pH, dosage of flocculant and l%CaCl2solution Influenced removing COD.The removing COD could reach52%though orthogonal test.The treating processing:9intial pH,2.5mL dosage of flocculant and3mL1%CaCl2solution. Finally,under the optimal condition of removing COD, flocculating activity would be70.2%.The best Influence condition was listed here:120r/min tirring speed,2min tirring time and1h flocculant time.
