The results show that the beams meet the requirements of hole machining accuracy of0.015mm. Finally, the use of traditional theory to test the thermal deformation of machine beams. According to the results obtained, Temperature caused by the machine deformation slightly affect the punching accuracy and quality.From reality, I get the machine temperature distribution and deformation of the laser drilling machines in the course of their work. At the same time, verification and analysis of the deformation. The deformation results provide some reference to the design of the beam of laser drilling machine.
