Nitrogen is one of the most important elements that constitute organisms, and plays an important role in life activities of plants, Therefore, nitrogen is called as the element of life. Thus, the nitrogen and polynitrogen compounds have drawn increasing people.The molecular recognition is the process that guest molecules beingcombined selectively with host molecules to produce a particular function, and it is one of the core contents of supramolecular chemistry. Common host molecules are some complexes including nitrogen,oxygen and sulfur. Because there are a large number of nitrogen atoms making these compounds show excellent complexing capacity in molecule structure of polynitrogen compounds, people pay more attention to polynitrogen compounds in the field of molecular recognition. At the same time polynitrogen compounds also play a very important role in fields of medicine, pesticide, and materials science.Imine, amine, alyx[4]pyrrole and porphyrin compounds are the main objects of research in this thesis, following three aspects of the work are analyzed:(1) Synthesis and characterization of calixpyrrole, on the basis of this work of our laboratory research work, the corresponding calixpyrrole compounds were synthesized by the raw material of the fat base and aromatic carbonyl compounds, and their conditions of synthesis and purification were studied in this work; A alyx[4]pyrrole, which includes piperidinyl and has not been reported by the literature, was synthesized, and the yield of the product was27.5%. It also provided the material basis for the water-soluble calixpyrrole compounds.(2) Synthesis and characterization of imine and amine, ten kinds of imine and amine of strongly basic ligand, which have not been reported, were synthesized by the raw material of fluoro benzaldehyde and nalidixic aldehyde with the corresponding amine, and the yield of imine was over80%, while the yield of amine was over70%. Preliminary study was done on their relating nature.(3) Synthesis of porphyrins, the sythesisconditions of water-soluble porphyrin and its derivatives were also explored in the work.
