Endocrine distruptors in the environment are exogenous chemicals that interference with endocrine in organism. EDs is not only has the activity of hormone, but also influence many biomacromolecule, cells, tissue and organs, and then ifluence the balance in organism. The content of the elements in organism should be maintained banlanced state. If the content of elements in organism becomes too high or too low, even proportion of some elements changed, all of them have harmful effect on the organism.At persent, there are60-70kinds of endocrine in evrionment. This study choosed estradiol, testosterone, BPA, DBP which are common EDs, take the content of elements in different oragans of carp with the targets, study the ifluence on the element balance in carp by determination the contents of estradiol and elements and the activity of the Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase, also, make a preliminary investigation about the influence mechanism of the balance of Na,K,Ca and Mg in carp. The result shows that, testosterone, BPA, DBP had no influence on the content of estradiol in carp. EDs had influence on the content of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cr,Mn,Ni in carp, in which the influence degree of estradiol is maximum. BPA had a same effect in influence on the content of Ca, Mg, Fe in hepatopancrea of carp and the content of K, Ca in gonad of carp; DBP had a same effect in influence on the content of K, Fe in hepatopancreas of carp and the content of Ca, Cr in gonad of carp.The influence on the content of Na, K, Ca, Mg in carp was higher than the influence on the content of other elements in carp. This study dereminating the activity of Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase of the hepatopancrea, gonad and brain of the carp, the result showed that, estradiol,BPA and DBP can ifluence the activity of the Na+,K+-ATPase of hepatopancrea and the activity of the Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase of gonad, both activity of the ATPase was increased, combined with the change of the value of K+/Na+,Ca2+/Mg2+, the following conclusion can be drawing:the influence mechanism of the content of Na+,K+in hepatopancrea and Ca2+,Mg2+in gonad by EDs is through influencing the activity of Na+,K+-ATPase of hepatopancrea and the activity of the Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase of gonad.
