The industry of energetics dynamoelectric has a large consumptive measure of water. Nowadays, how to save water becomes more significant when the resource of water have more and more pinch. The cooling water is the most wastage of water in plant. There is far-reach significance in how to dispose the cooling water. In case of the plant inland where there is a lack of water, the only one water resource cannot supply the wastage of cooling water when there is less rain. To insure the safe, the optimizing combination of surface water, groundwater and recycle water is necessary. It could minimize the expenses of the water supply system.In this text, firstly, the uncertainty is advanced for the issue of multi-resource of water in plant. In addition, the programming based on inter by-phase random is used. The first nuclear power plant inland, the plant of Tao Hua Jiang is investigated as an example in this way. The research is mainly concerning on the optimizing of water supply in condition of uncertainty.In conclusion; the recycle of sewage evacuated by plant could resolve the deficiency of water supplying. In addition, it could protect the water resource. The deep disposition of cooling water evacuated by plant is an advanced approach.The technology of membrane is advantageous in the field of environment protecting. In character of high salinity and grime in cooling water, the combined technology of ultra filter-reverse osmosis (UF-RO) is used in the experiment. The conclusion illuminated the character of water was competent for the standard of recycling. In addition, it verified the feasibility and economic of disposing cooling water in membrane technology could be aimed at water-saving, energetic-saving and environment protecting.On the analysis of the economy, the consumption of the process of reverse osmosis play an important role in the whole technology. It is necessary to research on the condition of manipulation of equipment and the consumption. In this text, the author analyzed4factors which affect the passing measure of RO. Response surface analysis method (RSM) is used in RO process of4factors on the desalting effect of flux. And the author gets two response surface models. The model has a high return rate. The higher degree agreed with the experimental results. At last, the virtual instrument interface simulation is used to establish reverse osmosis desalting process computer simulation interface. And the desalting process of RO was simulated.
