Oil gas well perforation is the oil exploration and development is a key technology,perforating bullet is shot through underground closed layer casing, cement ring and in-depthobjective layer, to form the layer with the wellbore effective seepage channel, ensuring the oiland gas well to obtain the proper capacity. In order to ensure the quality of perforatingoperation, get the best effect of perforating, perforating bullet must be on the wholeperformance of detection.With the oil and gas field exploration on perforator penetration requirements increase,the traditional perforating bullet design through test and theoretical guidance to carry out,used to be called" paintings, plus, playing", this design process cost is big, cycle long, oftenafter several rounds of development to finalize the design, in addition some risk test oftenaffected by environment and conditions. While the perforator in concrete target parametersare measured by perforation equipment performance, due to the compressive strength ofconcrete target of perforator penetration effect is very big, but through years of practice,although now developed a concrete target production standards, but can only be put concretecompressive strength control in35MPa and45MPa, and the in the quality supervision work,often as a result of concrete target strength of different dispute, this is how a fair evaluation ofthe manufacturer of the perforator is difficult.In this paper, aiming at the concrete target penetration and strength between research,through the concrete nondestructive testing statistical analysis of data, using a linear ornonlinear least squares regression method; establishment of concrete target strength test curve.The strength of a concrete target effect of curing temperature, curing time doing maintenancetest, the test result and data analysis, from the angle of curing temperature, curing time on thestrength of a concrete target are established respectively the effects of one yuan and two yuanfunction model. Application of maturity of concrete intensity correlations, with maturity ofconcrete early strength model of target. And the use of GM (1,2) prediction model to predictthe strength of a concrete target, through the GM (1,2) model for predicting the residual errormodel the result is modified, the prediction effect is better, more practical. By wearing thedepth and intensity of historical data analysis and statistics, found strength and penetrationdepth for logarithmic subtraction function relation, the function model, then you can get anynew perforating parameters, to make different manufacturers perforator in the sameconditions were compared to achieve.
