Sue Cuo long distance pipeline has been holding the post of transporting crude oil from Su Yi initial station to Cuo Gang terminal station and taking the airtight heating transmission mode.The transmission distance of pipeline is long and it is through along the complex area,this may lead the whole line shutdown.If the shutdown time is so long that the restart pressure is more than pump lift or pipe bearing pressure, it failed to restart and causewaxy crude-oil pipeline. Therefore, in order to realize the Sue Cuo oil pipeline running safety, it is necessary to research the safe shutdown time and restart perssure,This paper will according to the actual condition of Sue Cuo oil pipelines, establish hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation model then use the TLNET steady-state simulator to simulate the temperature and pressure distribution rule of different working conditions; On the basis, optimizing the pipe production operation scheme and determined optimization scheme of the pipeline in each month and various kinds of transportation amount.Base on the lowest inlet temperature of the engineering requirement for the minimum safety throughput, analysis and calculation the thermodynamic minimum safety throughput of different seasons; In order to avoid the pipeline into unstable working range,combining the ground temperature and the rheological behavior of curde oil to given hydraulic minimum safety throughput. Comprehensive consideration of thermodynamic and hydraulic minimum safety throughput final determine the minimum safety throughput of each season.Using TLNET simulator to establish the shutdown and restart computation model of Su Cuo pipelines and combining with influence factors such as Soil Temperature Field year periodic change,atmospheric temperature, the oil temperature and so on.Determining the safety shutdown time of this pipeline by restarting the pipeline with the way of constant flow, the criterion is restart pressure do not over the pipe bearing pressure and the flow rate of terminal station is recovery after the pipeline restart in security.Finally, the research results made a security system for safety and economic operation of Sue Cuo long distance pipeline.It can improve the production efficiency and reduce the running cost effectively,has important Promotional value and application value.
