In the current development of bedding, bed can not only meet the basic needs of sleep, but also develop towards the humanized and multi-function direction more. To cater to this trend of development, there is a very important significance for the development of the future bed to specially design a suitable multi-function bed for the inconvenient action elderly and disabled persons, and to put forward modern multi-function requirements of bed in the process of design.The thesis first analyzes the trend of the development of modern multi-function bed, and then locates the target group to the elderly, the disabled, through the analysis of their daily activities and psychological activities, determining the function of the bed, so as to realize the confirming of humanized functions.Then discusses the possibility of the application of high technology to the multi-function bed, and finally confirms the electromechanical integration and ergonomics as the important means of realizing the humanized function.The thesis designs two core structure of the multi-function bed. The help of the function module and massage function module. Application of the knowledge of the mechanical design designs the help of institutions and massage organization, which also apply the related knowledge of ergonomic designs related size, and the main parameters for checking to ensure that the rationality of the design.Finally, this thesis layout the structure of the multi-functional bed design, and integrates small bench, the water device, lighting devices in the bed, so as to realize the function of humanized design.In this thesis, the design of future multi-function bed put forward the corresponding design requirements, while provides household products manufacturing, furniture design personnel a valuable reference to the design. |
