Due to the development of national economy and the increasing demand for oil and gas resources, it requires us to make great efforts to exploit more oil and gas resources. To improve the technical and economic benefits of drilling operations, not only we can improve the quality and efficiency of the drilling, but also we need to strengthen the care and maintenance of the wells, so as to get a stable or improved oil and gas production. As an important workover technique, Sand Washing plays a great role in the late production stage, especially essential to maintain the horizontal wells. Today, in an increasing number of sand washing operation demand, the research special for the turbine motor which drives the sand washing pump is relatively rare. Therefore, the research on their performance and optimization is of importance.The article researches the performance and relevant parameters of turbine motor, and finds out turbine molded lines that the pump needs. Bezier curve is used to design the molded lines and the process of the designing is programmed by software VC++. Finally, using the analysis software workbench for modeling the process of sand washing, exploring the hydraulic characteristics.
