According to the plan of the "12th Five-Year", the sewage treatment needs to maintain double-digit growth from2011to2015. In terms of the oilfield, oil sewage is the largest source of pollution.Oily sludge of solid waste is also a component of complex high-risk pollutants, which are showed a rising trend in the overall volume and pollutant emissions. If untreated or not discharge standards will result in the sustainable development of groundwater, most of the fields within the regional water system and surrounding soil and air pollution, resulting in environmental and ecological destruction and imbalance affect the economy. Therefore,China government emphasis on the water conservation and pollution control to develop a more strict emission control standards and disposal provisions. The oilfield local sewage treatment is also synchronous development, due to the many specific conditions, the compliance effect has a large space for development in the oilfield waste water processing volume and processing,So far, the sewage treatment technology is not perfect, so the oil extraction waste water and oil sludge treatment technology are wanted to be further developed and improved in research and practical engineering.In this paper, I select a oil production sewage treatment station and monitoring of the many unit outlet water, through conventional water quality indicators analysis methods and petroleum hydrocarbons chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis methods, the analysis of organic matter and reducing inorganic COD value of the contribution for the advanced wastewater treatment theoretical basis.The results showed that the COD removal process and oxidation pond process are the key for sewage treatment station. Oil content has a great contribution to the COD value, they are basically the same trend; before and after the biochemical treatment of hydrocarbon peaks distribution characteristics of major changes in the emergence of new peaks in the degradation, which indicates that the new substance,the new substances derived from the degradation of the generated carbon number compounds and refractory residual of the chemical additives; inorganic chlorine ion interference COD is a water quality monitoring need to solve an important problem.To explore the influence of process parameters on the COD removal efficiency through biochemistry laboratory and field experiments.The results showed that growth with the hydraulic retention time, COD removal rate increases;COD removal decreased with decreasing temperature;microorganisms gradually restored as the DO concentration gradually increased, When the DO=2.0mg/L can meet the microbial demand for oxygen; pH values in the alkaline range of COD removal rate was not obvious; COD removal efficiency decreased with the increase of organic load.Continuous monitoring on units pollutants out of the water and Oxidation pond of oil production sewage treatment station for few weeks, the water quality of the sewage treatment works, in particular, the COD removal efficiency change analysis and objective evaluation have been made according to monitoring results. Regard to the analysis of the potential of process unit removal of COD, some experiment have been studied in the pretreatment process, the flotation process and oxidation pond effluent filtration process.What is more, Construceted Wetland System achieved good results, which is a new further investigate ways to reduce the COD and meet the wastewater pollution standard.On the strengthening of the urban sewage treatment plant sludge pollution prevention provisions to strengthen the main responsibility of the sewage treatment plant, sewage treatment plant to deal with the sludge generated by wastewater treatment processes (including primary sludge, excess sludge and mixed sludge) to take the treatment and disposal responsibility to prevent pollution of the environment. Oily sludge treatment process to recover oil resources, comprehensive utilization is a key research direction for scientific research and technological development. This article in order to better recovery of crude oil from the oily sludge, oily sludge generated in the system, oil extraction wastewater row the degreasing experiment, separating agent of preferred and sludge separation efficiency factor analysis of the experiment, obtained optimized parameters of the experimental techniques. Combined with the use of advanced technology of the U.S. during the sludge treatment, sludge comprehensive utilization process is a full compliance with China’s industrial policy, which has good social and economic benefits.
