| Through the research on the overall program and construction process of the thinblack liquid tank in Quanlin Paper pulp black liquor alkali recovery project, the paperadopts CO2shielded welding bottoming and the submerged arc welding filling surface，applies a scientific and reasonable welding sequence，analyzes the mechanisms ofbottom plate welding deformation and response measures, and ensures the overallflatness of backplane. The article develops reasonable programs of the panel in group,then analyzes the assembly process of the panel, and proposes to reduce the weldingdeformation. Owing to application of CO2shielded welding in all position andautomatic submerged arc welding technology, the welding quality and constructionefficiency of the storage tank welding joint is improved. With hydraulic liftingtechnology’s application in assembling and promoting the panel, high-altitude operationis reduced and working environment is improved. Against problems in storage tankbuilding construction and hidden trouble after using, the paper puts forwardimprovement suggestions on storage tank design, as the reference of alkali recoveryproject construction in future. |
