Because of the aggravation of global eco-crisis, eco-environment protection increasingly become one of the heater worldwide search nowadays. Although great social-economic progress has been achieved in Longshan since1978, the quality of regional eco-environment has been declining constantly. Especially in recent years with the development construction force speeding up, the trend of environmental pollution and ecological destruction becomes faster at the same time. Extensive industry, lagging behind agriculture, underdeveloped tourism and relatively well-preserved old town and Tujia culture are the most significant features of Longshan, Hunan province. In the principles of preserving and developing, it is imminent and of significance to strengthen study on the ecological environment protection and construction.The result of the survey of environmental awareness shows. through the Bier of Liye town,the Xianfeng town of Dianfang and the Tianjia town of Hongyanxi, the environmental awareness of villagers is very weak. It mainly displays in narrow environmental knowledge narrow, nodding environmental knowledge of familiar environmental protection, weak sense of responsibility. And the improvement of environmental consciousness of villagers in the construction of the rural ecological environment is very important. After analyzing the ecological environment of rural currently in Longshan county, the author find that rural water environmental pollution, air pollution, living garbage pollution and water loss are the most serious of rural ecological environment problems.According to Environment engineering, Ecology, Architecture, Ecological economics and Rural Sustainable Development Theory, the author thinks that rural ecological environment construction should include garbage and sewage treatment, and ecological architecture design. By reviewing and summarizing the successful cxcriences of rural development at home and abroad, the paper will bring the social construction conception " resource-saving and environment-friendly" into the study of rural ecological environment construction in Longshan county. Combining the condition of rural nature, society and economy, the author puts forward the solutions of rural ecological environment construction, that Rubbish is adopted the mode of "family-classification,village-collection and town-processing" mode, Sewage is used the processing method of "digester and Vertical undercurrents artificial wetland", and the ecological architecture designed is not only ventilation of wet and heat but also ventilate and energy-saving insulation.
