Under the circumstance of fierce market competition and more personalized of customer demand, new challenges on production technology are faced constantly by clothing, shoes, purses, other enterprise. Recently, domestic small and medium enterprises are mainly in the backward state of manual cutting and blanking, the technical transformation of enterprises is limited by the higher price of imported cutting system. It has an important significance to research CNC cutting machine for multi-layered cotton material or leather material and to improve the market competitiveness and production capacity for small and medium enterprises that has an independent intellectual property rights. As one part of CNC cutting machine for multi-layered cotton material/leather material, the energy that the vacuum adsorption system consumes occupies the whole machine’s over80%. Therefore, there is the important economy and social efficiency to research vacuum adsorption system.According to domestic currently cutting machine exist problems of motor operation on constant speed、the vacuum adsorption is whole adsorption. The corresponding theory and software simulation are applied to solve the problem of wasting energy, The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1) Through the analysis of principles of CNC cutting machine and cutting, know what target the vacuum absorption devices need to achieve, points out the shortcomings of the vacuum adsorption structure, control system. Then, puts forward the solutions of optimized structure, frequency conversion control. By using FLUENT software simulation analysis on the whole adsorption and section absorption, show the vacuum cavity flow field changes. The conclusion is that the section adsorption is more energy-saving.(2) Through the analysis of cutting principle in the cutting machine which is use the cutting straight knife, this paper Points out that the factors affect cotton material/leather material cutting force, established the mathematical model of leather cutting force. Further, By using theoretical mechanics theory, through the material moment balance established the mathematical model of leather absorption force. The theory foundation and direction for designing different cutting machine were provided.(3) As to the energy waste problems that caused by rated speed suction of the fan, puts forward to adopt fuzzy neural network to adjust the speed of the fan by controlling the inverter, according to the relationship between the actual pressure difference and the set pressure difference, to change the speed of the fan, thus that can play a role in energy conservation.The paper combines the advantages of theoretical research and virtual simulation, effectively solves the problems about energy wastage of multi-layer cotton material/leather material vacuum adsorption, provides a new way for enterprise to improve the level of production technology.
