This topic select the flax/wool blended yarn as a raw material, focusing on research ofhydrogen peroxide, urea peroxide bleaching of flax/wool blend yarn.Linen fabric has the moisture absorption, rapid cooling, health care, radiation-resistant,static-free function, give the feeling of returning to nature, deeply consumer’s affection, butexisting flax products feel rough, wrinkled, after wash shrinkage defects. The importance ofresearch is how to make up for the defect of flax fiber products to meet market demand.Remedy the defect more direct method is to use good characteristics of fibers and blends, thismajor research blends of wool/flax.Hydrogen peroxide bleaching technology preliminary selected hydrogen peroxide,sodium carbonate, sodium silicate,hydrogen oxidation sodium, citric acid, JFC, bleachingtemperature and the time. Use the refining agent,bleach activator,bleaching stabilizer, allthree kinds of new additives, discussion on the three auxiliaries on the effects of bleachingeffect, and design of single-factor test, and orthogonal test concluded that optimal matchingbetween the factors. Orthogonal experiment the best conditions for the reaction time of80min,the reaction temperature of60℃, citric acid is2g/L,10g/L hydrogen peroxide, sodiumhydroxide as1.2g/L, dosage for1.24g/L of sodium carbonate, sodium silicate as4g/L. Bestreaction condition for the response time for the additives80min, reaction temperature of70℃,activators for1.25g/L, hydrogen peroxide for5.0g/L, refining agent for1.875g/L.Urea peroxide bleaching of flax/wool blended yarn. First synthesis of urea peroxide, andthen designing single-factor test, and finally by orthogonal test concluded that optimalmatching between the factors. Orthogonal experiment the best conditions for the reactiontemperature of80℃, reaction time of70min, urea peroxide6g/L, sodium pyrophosphate as10g/L,JFC as2.5g/L,3g/L sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate as6g/L,EDTA as6g/L, bathratio of1:40. Best reaction condition for the response time for the additives60min, reactiontemperature of80℃, activators for0.625g/L, urea peroxide5.0g/L, refining agent of1.25g/L,stable dosage for1.25g/L, sodium carbonate dosage1.25g/L,EDTA dosage for1.25g/L, bathratio of1:15.Hydrogen peroxide and urea peroxide to flax/wool blended yarn double bleaching, studyon optimum conditions. After experimental we know double bleaching fibers by highwhiteness than bleaching once. Among them, compound of urea peroxide on yarn bleachingworks best.
